Schmoly Wow. I spent my week away from work eating pizza and pasta (with veggies of course, courtesy of the doting lover), and wiling away my time wrestling with a PS3 controller and somehow I managed to lose weight. I hope it lasts.

In case it doesn't I'm back on track since I'm back at work.
55.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
