Changing my diet today from Atkins to the GI diet. Lost 25 on the Atkins diet but having a harder time following it and I feel I can follow the GI diet much easier. Worked out on my core alot yesterday at the gym, and talked with my trainer on my nutrition. She said I was starving myself and that's why I hadn't been losing as much. Now I have to make sure I eat breakfast, now I will eat 3 meals plus 3 snacks everyday. I think that's why I've gained alittle this week, my body needs to get use to this.
