OK! So, I have NOT been sticking to the diet. I don't know what my problem is, but I seem to have one. I have enlisted people at work as well as friends to keep me accountable. I think that's what I need, especially since now I have plans to go on a spring break trip with a girl who is model thin!! So, I'm going to start exercising TODAY, not tomorrow and not on monday. This week I am going to start by walking and I am hoping to be running by next week. I think if I mix that with the diet that I should be following I'll be feeling great by April!!

Occasionally I've been having a good week and I lose a couple pounds. Then the next week I'm bad and gain it back! I know that this yoyo dieting can't be healthy for me, so for the sake of my health and my moods I need to get SERIOUS!!!!!!
