I just wanted to say thank you to all the people that gave me support last week when I was having a hard time. I wanted you all to know that I finally figured out why my weight lose stopped. I got a wii fit plus last week and started working out for 45 minutes to 1 hour a day and I was still was only drinking 120 oz a day. I was not drinking enough water for my body and it got dehydrated. I stopped the work outs and am back losing weight again. I have lost 1 pound so far since I stopped the work outs and my body has got back on track.
