My body is definitely rebelling against my exta weight, and I'm starting to see an impact to my overall health. It's time for change. My aunt introduced me to this new diet. She was on it for the first 4 months and lost 79 lbs and feels fantastic. I decided I needed something to jumpstart my weight loss and help me drop some of my weight so I can be more active. Dynamite 180 offers a very structured program that helps me stay on track and focus my attention on what I eat and how I think about food. Giving myself a 100 day challenge to make the most of what the diet has to offer! Officially started on Jan. 16th and have already dropped 9.4 lbs :)
