so much for the great weight loss! thats ok I will still stick to it!!My hubby is going on S.bbB again -his blood pressure is through the roof!!!Till next week-Yvvie

Well, Yvvie...looks like we're in the same boat, weight-wise. Even our goals are the same! What are the odds, huh? Come on, i'm right there with you! Today, I got a full plate of Exercise, and I got seconds of the treadmill. it was delicious! and for dessert, I went to bowling league and bowling practice afterwards! Wow! I'm stuffed! :) lOL. ps...I hope your husband is doing better. High blood pressure is scary, huh?

oh, that last part about dinner and dessert exercise DOES NOT MEAN that I skipped any meals (NO not me!) I don't want to get 15 pieces of mail telling me to EAT more than rubber! :)

Hey BadAndee-You are on the right track to losing those last couple of pounds-I cant seem to get the energy to exercise!So your way ahead of the game-I wish I had that plateful! Keep up the great work and you will reach your goal before you know it!!!
