Good luck! Just from glancing at your food calender, remember that food is your friend...just the right kind. You need fat & calories, especially on induction stage. Whole foods are best. Keep us posted!

Thank you for your comment,Do you think i need to increase my food intake.. I would appreciate your feedback on this...I have a under active thyroid I take medication for this but I know my body finds it so hard to lose weight so I have been very strict..I am not hungry but may be different food choices are needed..

If your food journal is complete, ABSOLUTELY you need to increase food intake. Women need MINIMUM of 1500-1800 calories on Atkins to loose weight. (I've lost as low as 1300, but loose better over 1500). I'd highly recommend that you sign up at www.atkins.com and post any questions about Atkins & Thyroid problems there. There is a licensed dietitian (Colette) on the site, and she can help you out with any med questions, also there are other people on the site in the same situation as you.
