Happy New Year FS friends! Got up and weighed myself - took January 1st measurements and did a 55 minute upper body weight workout. Traditionally my husband and I take a very long New Year's Day walk - hope to get that in between after the rain and before the snow. By Spring I should have this body whipped into shape!
