Ok this sucks, I fell off the wagon & rolled starting about a month ago knowing what I was doing but not willing to stick with the diet with the holidays coming. I love to bake, and make desserts, and it's impossible for me to be good when I didnt want to be. I can't ride my bike now with winter here so I have at least gotten on my elliptical at least 3 times a week. I tended to gorge on sweets knowing when Christmas was over my fun would end. It is what it is, just being honest, I'm a carb addict.
So back to the grindstone, I'm 210.2 from 196. Want to get back to 150-160 Least I didn't gain it all back. Done an hour solid on the elliptical level 5, will try to do 1/2 - 1 hour 5 or more days a week. Friday night won't be good, late Christmas party to go to with food and liquor and beins I haven't drank in over a year I'm gonna take advantage of it. At least while im on my diet i do give myself 1 day a week to cheat on the diet......just my rule. One thing I did accomplish this year is stopping smoking, it will be a year January 1st. I had smoked 27 years. Dieting is alot harder than quitting smoking. I lost 110 pounds in 1992 but it's alot harder to do in your 40's.

Come on Stressed, you can do this, if you eat enough fibre and protein you shouldn't get hungry between meals. You didn't list any food for breakfast, do you not eat in the mornings? You should eat a fairly large breakfast , mostly protein, besure to eat some veg's to. Good luck to you. Not so many nuts.

No I don't eat breakfast usually, I forced an egg down today. I'm getting back on track, was just aggravated at me falling off the wagon for almost 2 months. Thanks for the help, I'll slow down on the nuts!
