Wow, I've lost 4 lbs from my original weigh-in a few days ago!! I'm realizing that I've probably just been really bloated this last week and probably carrying around excess food that my body hadn't fully processed. I think I'll be able to get down to 140 at best, and anything after that is going to require exercise. I know weight generally fluctuates 5 lbs depending on when you weigh yourself. I think I've been in the 143-148 range. Now I'm probably in the 142-146 range. The goal is to be in the 135 to 138 range. Still a bit to go. For my body type, I don't want to be any thinner than 135 because it's just unhealthy at that point!!
