I turned 30, and the scale needle turned up up up!! I've gained 10 lbs in the last 6 months. 2009 was a rough year, so I think it has to do with some of that. Some say that when you hit 30, you hit a wall. Perhaps it's both for me. 2010 is the year of optimism, and I'm optimistic I can lose the 10 lbs and keep it off!!
