I have tried Atkins before and have had a lot of success. After having some life changes and emotional problems, I started eating in a way that was unlike myself (doughnuts, pizza, candy) on a daily basis and gained back all the weight I had worked so hard to lose. I also stopped exercising regularly. Now I'm back and ready to shed the weight, and am hoping it will be a smooth ride!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

This is a good time to get back to a healthy lifestyle. Christmas is in front of us and brings lots of food temptations. Being focused is so important. Emotional eating can be a problem for many of us. We are here to help and support each other. Glad you have your desire to be healthy back.
