I have tried Atkins before and have had a lot of success. After having some life changes and emotional problems, I started eating in a way that was unlike myself (doughnuts, pizza, candy) on a daily basis and gained back all the weight I had worked so hard to lose. I also stopped exercising regularly. Now I'm back and ready to shed the weight, and am hoping it will be a smooth ride!
