Went to an out of town wedding yesterday. Tried to be good, and tried to record everything I ate this morning. I wanted to just skip trying to figure it all out, but I did my best to put it all in. I was surprised! I was way over my calorie allotment but even with a sliver of cake and a cookie I kept it under 2000 calories. I've always heard you should allow yourself one cheat day so that's what I'll call it. The wedding was beautiful and it was a gorgeous day. Time to get back on track. Happy Sunday all!
