Day #2 of Attack phase! I'm proud I survived the first day - it was awful. I fell asleep by 9 PM which is 2-3 hours earlier than usual for me. I was sooooo tired!

I think I can make it today because I know what to expect. I just had my oat bran - I made something close to hot cereal (boiling water, some stevia and some fat free milk). It looked pretty unappetizing, but it tasted really good.

Coffee with stevia and no sugar is difficult for me to drink, but I'm trying.

I'm thinking steak omlette for lunch and Asian chicken for dinner. We'll see.

I made sugar free jello yesterday to help get me through sugar cravings today.
