it's finals for me too, and i feel your pain. I ate chinese last night knowing it was a big no no w/ all the sugar and carbs and fat. but all i can say was that was yesterday today is today and i'm not gonna let the stress continually make me emotionally dependent on food. if i can tough it out so can you, finals will be over soon, yippy! so don't let the stress consume you and force you into making decisions about food that make you feel guilty. if it happens and you eat something you shouldn't ... move on but make sure to get back in the saddle because you are in control of your own decisions. good luck on finals!
