Midway through the week and still on track with reporting my eating in Fat Secret. It's difficult -- which is the point. I want to draw more attention to my eating habits so I can make better choices. Yesterday was such a hard work day that I was craving pizza by the afternoon. In fact, every Tuesday is particularly hard for me. I was thinking of making Tuesdays my "Free Day", but I'm not sure what I'll do. I did allow myself to get the pizza, but it was not very enjoyable (it just wasn't very good) so I did not enjoy it. I feel sick even thinking about it.

I also feel sick thinking about the number on the scale this morning. 187! A full 12 lbs higher than I was in March. It's just awful. I know exactly how I got here (eating a LOT of rich food and not exercising very consistently until recently. In addition to reporting my food everyday this week, my goal is also to transition more "BFL" meals into my day. Yesterday I was doing great until I got to dinner. Next week, the goal is to get back on the program in earnest.
