Well, I am thankful for the 1lb I gained over the thanksgiving weekend, just proves that I am loved enough to have 2 Turkey dinners over the weekend, but must work that 1lb off, NO GOING UP, ONLY DOWN, but I refuse to beat myself up about it. We had great weather, and great meals with our families and had great times had by all. I will work harder this week to get going back in the right direction. I hope everyone had the most blessed Thanksgiving.
