Another great wake up weight loss entry, the lbs keep coming off despite some crazy weekend antics. I think the 5 days of healthy eating and morning and evening workouts have done very well. I'm excited to be closer and closer to my goal weight and hopefully by the end of the year I read that mark. I start my real gym membership on Dec 1st. Hopefully I can get a couple friends from work to join me and really help me stay motivated.
