Another week amd another pound down. Should be more but I was lazy over the weekend and spent my time on the couch. I did go for an 8 mile bike ride yesterday and can't wait to do more bike riding this spring/summer. I also signed up for my first 5k of the year. I used to run 5ks all the time and can't wait to get out there again.
