Good good morning. I went on a mini vacation this weekend but made sure to eat healthy at every meal and got some mini workouts in (shoveling snow) and when I came home I was expecting to be up in weight but was pleasantly surprised to see a loss. Go me! I just got in a biggest loser workout and am feeling great. Keep your head high!
