Wooo Hooo!! Finally under 200!
90.0 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you! These weekends are hard! Picnics to go to, then my birthday is this week and my husband took me out to eat. It's so hard to be good! Ate a Crispy Chicken Salad in an Ice Cream Restaurant today! Man oh man....Also at a company picnic for lunch and only had one chocolate chip cookie for dessert... I woulda normally gotten a "sampler platter" of desserts!
