I've been weighing in each morning when I wake up and have been pleasantly surprises at the initial results. I know the water weight may be the beginning of the weight loss but I've kept up with healthy eating the last three straight daya and have hit up the home gym each day. I'm proud of myself. Today I'll be fixing up my mointain bike to get ridding when the weather turna nice. I also want to hit up some hiking trails this summer. Go Me.

Keep up the good work! I've always thought the first 10 lbs were easy when starting a diet, but this time I made it through 30 lbs before it started slowing down.
