To have only gained five pounds after a five day weekend of not following any proper eating protocol is not bad at all! My comment before the weigh is that I would be shocked (in a good way) if had had lost or not gained anything at all. I would be happy if I only gained five or six pounds but I would not be surprised if I gained ten pounds. So five it was an now it is almost gone. Yea!
