Alhamdulillah, seminggu pertama sudah berlalu dan BB berhasil turun lagi.

Defkal harian saya 1400 kcal.
Tidak mau terlalu rendah supaya tidak mengganggu kesehatan secara umum.

Bismillah, tetap semangat sampai BB impianmu, Ima 💪😇
