So I woke up Yesterday after a weekend of partying hard and lots of drinking and good times to find my weight had stayed the same at a 191.8. Today I woke up and found the same number but after an hour long biggest loser workout video, cardio max, I was exhausted and found my weight at a solid 191. I'm gonna just go ahead and record that as I find it to be an awesome number and the way my metabolism seems to be in overdrive these last couple days I'm excited to see what number shows up on the scale tomorrow. I walked half way to work today as I missed the first bus so with that and hopefully a weight lifting work out tonight, I'm hoping the number continues to drop. Crossing my fingers!
