Have been trying to successfully follow South Beach Phase 1 for I don't know how long now. I was able to lose 11 pounds on phase 1 but never truly completed it. I find myself starting it and falling off the bandwagon knowing that it's only protein and vegetables, of course the nuts and some dairy but I want fruit!!!! So I decided to move on to phase 2. I have only gained back 2lbs of the 11 that I lost. Starting phase 2 today. Only introducing apples and cereal today. Let's see how that goes.

you see... that was also my problem... only I added everything back after the first two weeks, and since... I have not been able to control my carbs. But I have to, I have to!!
