Back from my week-long chicago trip. wow, what a city! i had a wonderful time with my cousin. went all over chicago, went to parks, downtown, the zoo, and the aboretum. we walked a lot, but i also ate a lot :( deep dish pizza, probably the pizza ive ever had, hot dogs, gyros, and italian food. we made a couple of home-cooked meals too. i hope i didnt gain that much. I was feeling guilty yesterday about abandoning my diet, so i worked out for about 45min. did sit ups, cardio, and a lil bit of yoga. i had a banana for breakfast, soy beans as a snack, and a lean cuisine for lunch. so far so good. i am walking at the park after work today, if the weather permits. halloween is in 3 weeks! cant wait.
