I am back from my vacation and ready to start my diet again. I took a break for a few days to reassess the situation. I am excited about this again. For me though. Nobody else. I owe someone I work with vegan chocolate chip cookies and after I make those I will be starting my fruit and veggie cleanse. I am going to do yoga today before work and get back to walking Delany after. I bought some new hot teas to help soothe my system and maybe some of my cravings as well. Lots of water for the next few days as well as tea and going back to counting my calories and staying with my challenges!
