I haven't been logging food and exercise because i have had no time to even think about it but I guess all that work made me drop some weight anyway even though I feel like I have been a little bad. Which just reaffirms that I need to exercise more to see any weight loss at all.

Again, I went to see my sister to help her move. I need to be getting in more working out as well. And I need to not give in to temptation when I go see her, especially since she moved an hour closer. I did take her to the melting pot and that should have been my one indulgence but I also drank a 64 oz soda and some doritos (my old nemesis) as well as going crazy at taco bell when I should have stuck with my lower calorie usual. I will do better this week (not that I have a choice as it is work nonstop)
