I feel like perhaps I need to trust myself more and discard the scale for a couple of months. It is not helping me to weigh regularly. Any thoughts or advice?

Whenever I do that, I gain weight without noticing. Try it for one month to see how it works for you. Good luck.

Use multiple measures of progress (photos, measurements, scale, clothes fitting, etc). Weigh yourself less regularly but no need to discard it, it has its value
