69kg I’ve been here for the last 6 months have gone from 2,400 calories daily to 2,000 now km consuming 130-140grams protein daily fats 60-70grams
Carbs vary 150-200grams daily

I’m stopped cardio training completely.
Daily steps 8,000. (I don’t miss a day)

69 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
