Thank you @kelbd33. It's cooked quinoa, carrots, green pepper, celery, onions, garlic, spring onion, chicken breast, herbs spices to taste and cup-a-soup to thicken the gravy. Stir fry your vegetables and chicken breast in unsalted butter and a bit of soya sauce. Get creative however you feel...nothing fancy or complicated. Hope you enjoy ❤️🤗
