Lol. Coba kurangi 500-600 dari Akg nya mba. Jangan naik turun kalori yg masuk tiap hari. Malah ngerusak badan dan jadi lemas. Harusnya bisa turun 0.5 kg dalam seminggu.

Cara ngurangin AKG gmn yak?hihihi yg dikurangi konsumsi kalorinya kah yg 500-600 itu?

Iya, kurangi jml asupan kalorinya. Teori memang gampang. Praktiknya susah banget. Dan mempertahankan berat badan itu yg paling besar godaannya. Ayo, semangat. Kita pasti bisa.
