well its been 367 days since I started this transformation. In that time I have hit 3 weight loss goals and inched closer to my 4th. Started at 240.5 and low as 180.3. The last 45 days I have been lazy and added a few back on. At the time of typing this I am refocused and have renewed energy. Changing next goal to 174lbs. I have recuced BMI from 34% to 23% and dropped 5" off my waste. Feel great and more engery. Cheers to all the compliments and support. starting year #2 and looking forward to the challenges.
