We are having tropical depression type of weather here in Sarasota, so swimming has been a no go the past two days, though I hear that the chance of rain is going to drop dramatically at around two, so I hope to get a few laps in then. I have been doing yoga in stead, as well as taking Delany for her 40 minute walks each night after work when it is cool for her. I am using the time to teach her to heel. She is learning quickly, but i knew she would she's such a smart doggie!
