Tomorrow it will be one month since I started watching my calorie intake. I do wish the outcome was a little more than 12lbs, but I will certainly take it. That is more lost weight than in past years. I guess I need to get moving a little more. Right now, I rotate between resistance band workouts and walking. Maybe I need to purchase a cheap eliptical to get moving at night as well, as I do most of my exercising first thing in the morning. I am not frustrated, I am proud of this achievement, but I do want to improve with more of a weight loss. Must stay focused!!!!!

Woot! 12lbs is something!! Happy for you chica. Keep it up, we can do it! I'm working on getting my brother's old broken elliptical... I LOVE 'The Ellipti-satan'. Out of all the machines I've ever been on- I get a REAL workout- with just my muscles hurting and NOT my actual joints or feet. The low impact is great. I want it at home parked right in front of my TV so that whatever I'm doing, whether it's playing a game or watching a DVD I'm moving my bumpkiss and not feeding the couch potato statistic! =)

Amen to that Nat; I heard a rumour from a friend that he will give me one for free!! that is in my price range, lol. Just need to follow up on that, I want one in my living room too, so that my hubby may get off his bumpkiss too, haha.
