For this last week I swam 5700 ft in 3 days of swimming. I am making progress on how far I can go each day, one day even doing 40 laps (2400 ft). My boyfriend tried to do it too and made me feel better by only doing 15 laps and quitting. He is impressed with my dedication which also makes me feel great! I am feeling better all the time and am actually enjoying taking care of myself which is definately a big deal for me, I have come a long way the past few years. My yoga and dog walking challenges start today and I am going to get started with both tonight. I already usually take the dog for a 10 minute walk in the mornings but I will add a 40 minute walk at night so both she and I have time to unwind when I get off of work. It is too hot here to walk her for 40 minutes during the day.
