Great start to this week. Got my mindset back and pushing ahead. time to get real. Oct. 21st marks one year on this journey. Hit 60lbs lost and than got lazy being 3lbs from my goal of 178. Added 6 back over the past 2.5 months. amazing how that happens.
84.7 kg Lost so far: 24.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
