Hi everyone, for some reason I am not able to take photos using this app to share my meals. Today I started with 1-egg omelette added 4 ounces of deli turkey, and sprinkled some shredded cheese on a Thomas English muffin. I ate overnight oats 1/2 cup, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1-cup blueberries and added 2-large fresh strawberries. Sprinkled cinnamon power and 2-tablespoons of sugar free maple syrup, this is very filling and keeps me satiated the rest of the day. I was excited, I finally got my Apple Watch synched to my phone and can start sharing my workouts. It’s the little thing that bring me joy, lol 😂
