OK so this morning I felt so discombobulated. I made myself a half a cup of cottage cheese, cut up, banana, added strawberry, yogurt, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar-free syrup, and that was my breakfast, and dinner. My lunch was 3-oz lean hamburger and 2-cups red and green cabbage. I have been so accustomed to fasting that I just don’t see any other option for me but I’m looking over the meal plans and I’m gonna try doing the keto plus veggies meal plan.

Sense my meting at work with my team mates and me making a bad decision to eat a large cheese coney hot dog, I have lost my ability to fast. If I don’t eat I get sick and dizzy. I have to find a different option to continue my weight loose and body toning. I have been on this journey for going on three years, and I am lost it where to begin again.

Today I failed big. I ate a long cheese coney, and small Fri. I had to drive to my job which is a 4-hour drive and a person on my team told me wow, your big. It was suppose to be a joke but everyone knows me well, and it started a small fight between one of our team mates upset by the remark. This person orders in food when we have a emergency meeting and he knows I eat yogurt, fruit, or salad but he ordered the cheese coney for me to further embarrass me. I acted like it did not bother me, I ended up puking it back up. My body craves the good stuff. I said yeah at one rime I weighed 312 and showed my photos. Good did come out of it I am helping 3 of my co-workers. I was told what he did is not tolerated and he would be fired. I did not want that and asked them to trust me it is okay, no need to fire him, I think he needs to be written up so he doesn’t do that to others. I had one bad day but I got in more calories in then I have had for longtime now. Never again will I do something that stupid, I should’ve took my food with me, such as my crazy life.

I tried to get more protein in, so I had an omelette with 1/3 cup of red bell pepper, 2-slices of bacon and a pinch of shredded cheese, seasoned with garlic and onion, and I failed. I’m trying new recipes because I’ve been eating the same plan for a very long time and I am tried of the same thing and learning that I sure have a learning curve. One eating plan I still do is the overnight oats. I’m sorry I can’t post photos on this app. I may have to uninstall and reinstall.
