Snacking at work is a big problem for me. I will have to try extra hard this week to not do that! I am loving the swimming still. I did 35 laps yesterday (2100 ft) 10 laps today (600 ft, on account of lightning) and its getting easier all the time!
74.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
