Had a good week. I think I need to edit my Micros again to assist with some additional weight loss in Fat. Feel great. I am going into my 2nd wordrobe chnage which is very exciting.
87.6 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
