Well, it's Monday morning again, and I got through another weekend with success. I never added up my calories over the weekend but I stayed on track with what I was eating all week, and I feel really good about accomplishing that. Weekends are usually nothing but JUNK, and not the last two weekends. Staying on track, if it kills me. I can do this, I deserve to be healthy!!! I am so proud of myself. I woke up early this morning, went for a half hour walk with the dog ( a chore on itself ) and it was still very warm, but came home showered, prepared my food for the day, had some breakfast and off to work. I did notice over the weekend I did have more energy than ususal it was nice. I enjoyed that for sure. I believe in ME!!!

Wonderful! It looks like you've struck a great balance and are on your way. I'm going to take up your 5am suggestion- I get up at 5:30 normally, so getting up at 5:00 and walking for 30 minutes wouldn't kill me and getting active is, indeed, my hardest hurdle. And just to add QuirkyNat, because the weather got super warm, even at 5am. I decided to work out in the air conditioning of my living room and did 3lb balls and resistance tubing, that was actually a harder workout than I thought it was going to be, but I enjoyed it. This week, I am pool sitting, so I am going to do laps for a workout this week, I am excited, hope I don't sink, hahahahaha.
