After loosing over 25lbs, I’m right back at the same weight I was before. The silver lining is that my body fat percentage is still way lower than when I started.

nice job on the recomp these are the best fat secret posts in my opinion followed by weight loss before end afters. significantly more effort went into this though so I applaud your efforts. I Should have one of these posts in the comming week

My macros per day were generally as follows: Fats: 100-120g Carbs: 200-250g Protein: 150-170g

That's wonderful! More muscle burns calories which means lower body fat. You look great!

To loose body fat, you have to eat in a caloric deficit. However, to maintain a lower body fat percentage, building muscle and strength (for men AND women) will help keep that lower percentage of body fat which will require eating more food at maintenance calories or a slight surplus so that your body will have the nutrients to build muscle.
