I might have to fast tomorrow 😂

But seriously, I woke up feeling sooo hungry this morning which is unusual for me and it shows in my food intake, for sure.

Will be interesting to see what the scales say tomorrow morning.

I really enjoyed my food today though, which is the main thing, and my energy levels have been high.

As an aside: I've been averaging just over my daily RDI (2200 calories) for maintaining all week and have still been losing so this whole calorie thingy doesn't seem to apply when you're on carnivore without the cheese. I can promise the scale would start moving up if I also consumed cheese!
56.5 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
