Day late and dollar short. forgot to update yesturday. I am .4lbs away from a rotal of 40lbs and I am 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I am going in and adding goal 2. i want ro lose another 20lbs by June 15th. This goal will be a little tougher. Man I do feel great though. started week 22 with a 3.5 mile treadmill incline walk and followed up today with 4.25 miles. great sweat. Here is to a great Valentine's day
