I know its been a lot while sense I've been on and keeping track, been kind of stuck at a stand still weight wise. Been at 196/197 for the last 2 weeks. I can understand why, what with all the partyin before the move from my old party house into my new 2 bedroom apartment. Otherwise, I've been working out each day this week and still ridding bike into work. Hopefully I will find more results in the coming days.
