Day 4 of my 5 day fast
This morning I can really feel it. The nausea has set in and the ginger tea ☕️ has not done its magic 🪄 to take away the nausea feeling. I feel drained and my body is telling me it needs fuel, but I know if I can push through 😤 this day I its only 1 more day and lucky it’s Saturday so nothing planned that requires allot of energy.
