Here's how I did yesterday....
30g or less of sugar (over by 4g) 20g or more of fiber (under by 8g) 200g or less of carbs - check 20g or less of fat (over by 30g *yikes*) 1200-1500 calories - check
Need to work on my fiber intake and to cut down on my sugar and fat. This is pretty difficult since I am not sure how to increase fiber without gorging on bread which will increase my carb count. I have doubled my normal veggie intake, and eating more fruit will raise my sugar count. Cutting fat will mean not eating what my husband eats for dinner. Chicken and veggies seems to be all that will work. The good thing is that it is hard to over eat chicken and veggies :)
