I just gave birth to a beautiful daughter about 2 months ago. I am also a mom to 2 amazing twin girls and an active 9 year old step son. I am a stay at home mom, and with all these kids and the messes they create - it's way harder than a full time job!
I have not always been overweight. I actually only put on the weight in the past 4 years. I was very athletic many years ago. I enjoyed being healthy and exercising - but I have have gotten into the habit of making excuses.
My husband has never seen me thin and I would love for him to experience that :) . My 10 year reunion is coming up, plus I am in a wedding in the fall. I have got to do something about all this excess baggage, plus I have a goal to play soccer again by the time I am 30. I have been given all these reasons to slim down and I am using them as my motivation.
I will be staying between 1500-1800 calories everyday, drinking enough water to drown a horse, and cutting red meat from my diet. After I get released from my doctor, I will be slowly adding in cardio 3-4 days a week.
